Get an hour of breathwork, asanas and meditation with certified ganja yoga instructor and bodywork practitioner, Katy Karns. She applies a mix of exploring the breath with Vinyasa flow, self-massage and body awareness techniques in every session, designed to offer participants a well-rounded journey in to the mind and body while leaving time for the giggles!
Please BYOG (bring your own ganja), a yoga mat and a water bottle.
